I. Project classification and result requirements

1.Item classification

School ideological and political integration projects are divided into five categories: strategic project, key project, general project, support project and concern project。In principle, projects at all levels are not allowed to be transferred (such as applying for "strategic projects" cannot be transferred to "key projects").。

Strategic project research has strategic significance, facing the city's school ideological and political integration work, the research period is 2 years, the research fund is 100,000 yuan。The results should include the following four types: (1) Systems, methods, standards or policy recommendations directly related to the content of the project，At least 3 typical practice cases directly related to the project content (each case does not exceed 1600 words),③ At least 3 published papers or other articles directly related to the project content (papers should be published in People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, China Education Daily, Beijing Daily),Chinese core journal, C journal，Municipal education two committees in charge of education journals published。Encourage the publication of online articles on new media platforms, excellent works that have been read more than 50,000 times can also be included in the project conclusion results), including no less than 2 papers and other articles with the project leader as the first author, and ④ research reports (no less than 20,000 words)。

The key project researches practical problems in a key field of the city's school ideological and political integration work. The research period is 2 years, and the research fund is 50,000 yuan。The results should include the following four types: (1) Systems, methods, standards or policy recommendations directly related to the content of the project，At least 2 typical practice cases directly related to the project content (each case does not exceed 1600 words),At least 2 published papers or other articles directly related to the content of the project (the scope of publications is the same as above)，Online articles published on new media platforms should be read no less than 30,000 times),Among them, the project leader is the first author of no less than 1 paper and other articles，④ Research report (no less than 10,000 words), etc。

General project research in the scope of school ideological and political integration of the more common problems, the research period of 1 year, research funding of 20,000 yuan。The results should include the following four types: ① Strengthening and improving a work policy proposal or method, standard, etc. directly related to the project content，② At least 1 typical practice case directly related to the project content (no more than 1600 words),(3) At least one publicly published paper directly related to the project content (no limit to the scope of publications) or other articles (online articles published on new media platforms should be read no less than 10,000 times),The first author of the paper and other articles must be the project leader，④ Research report (no less than 0.80,000 words), etc。

The project supports research on micro-issues in the front line of ideological and political integration work in schools. The research period is 1 year, and the research funding is 10,000 yuan。The results should include the following four types: (1) Policy recommendations to strengthen and improve a specific work directly related to the content of the project，At least 1 typical practice case directly related to the project content (no more than 1600 words),At least 1 paper directly related to the content of the project, published in public (the scope of the journal is not limited) or other articles (the reading volume of the article published on the new media platform should not be less than 0.50,000 times), the first author of the paper and other articles must be the project leader, ④ the research report (not less than 0.50,000 words), etc。

The project focuses on specific issues in the school's ideological and political integration work. The research period is 1 year, and the research funds are self-financing。The results should include: (1) policy recommendations directly related to the project content to strengthen and improve a specific work, (2) at least one typical practice case directly related to the project content (no more than 1600 words), and (3) research report (no less than 0.50,000 words), etc。Publication of papers or articles in open journals or new media platforms is encouraged。

2.Outcome requirement

(1) Project papers, other articles, research reports, etc., must be supported by real and key data, conform to ideological requirements, and comply with confidentiality discipline。

(2) The time frame for the release of the results shall be after the establishment of the project。

(3) Policy proposals or draft documents should be practical, operational and have strong work guidance。

(4) Publicly published papers and other articles shall be marked with the words "This paper is the phased results of the 2024 Beijing Ideological and Political Education Integration Research Project [project number]", and shall not be marked with the words of other fund projects。

2. Scope of declaration

Education authorities of all districts, the city's universities, primary and secondary schools and kindergarten educators can participate in the application。Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens shall be declared according to the number requirements after the primary election by the education working committee of each district Party committee。Strategic project applicants, if they are educators in schools, universities and kindergartens, should have senior professional titles;Key project applicants, if they are educators in universities, schools and kindergartens, should have at least the title of associate senior;General project, support project, concern project no job title requirements。

Each university, each district strategy and key projects are limited to 1-2, the general project is limited to 3, the support project is limited to 4, and the concern project is limited to 5。

3. Refer to the topic

See the Guide to the 2024 Beijing Ideological and Political Education Integration Research Project for Primary and Secondary Schools (Annex)。Strategies and key projects should be selected from the guide, and topics can be fine-tuned;General, support and concern projects can be self-designed under the research direction determined by the project guide, indicating the corresponding guide items。

4. Declaration requirements

(1) The project applicant shall meet the following requirements:

1.Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China and support the socialist system and the leadership of the Communist Party of China。

2.Have the ability to conduct research independently and organize research, and be able to undertake substantive research work。

3.Those who have problems in academic integrity and other aspects shall not declare。

(B) By a unit as the project management unit to declare, the scope of research covers 2 (including) the school section of the project, should be led by a unit, the organization involved in the school section of the unit joint declaration。Those who have not completed the study period shall be disqualified from applying。

(3) To avoid multiple submission, cross-application and duplicate project approval，Ensure that the applicant has enough time and energy to pursue the project，The application of school ideological and political integration projects shall comply with the following restrictions: where there is a research project on ideological and political work in Beijing schools in 2022, and a research project on ideological and political education integration in Beijing universities and primary and secondary schools in 2023，Applicants who have obtained funding from other projects (except school-level and district-level projects) with the same research content，Not to declare。It is necessary to explain the contents of various types of projects at all levels that are in research or have been concluded。

(4) The applicant shall truthfully fill in the declaration materials to ensure that there is no intellectual property dispute。Where there is fraud, plagiarism and other acts, once it is verified, the eligibility for five years shall be revoked;Projects that have already been established shall be revoked and criticized。

(5) Establish a blacklist system, in the research process does not cooperate with the project management, do not complete the project for no reason or suspend the project on their own, in the proposal, middle, closing and other links are still unqualified after the second review, cancel the project, and blacklist。

5. Declaration procedures
